Over the past days, I’ve had new private conversations. People are starting to reach out with great questions, and one of them hit a key point.
Someone mentioned that our concept, the Simple Green Future project, is just “like other similar projects.” I strongly disagree. And I’ll explain why.
This Concept Doesn’t Exist Anywhere Else
What we’re doing with Simple Green Future, no one else is doing. That’s not just opinion. That’s fact. This concept, as a full model, simply doesn’t exist anywhere else in the world.
Let’s begin at the beginning.
Yes, eco-villages are beautiful. I respect them. But many of them achieve sustainability by removing elements of daily comfort. That means giving things up to meet eco goals, limiting energy use, reducing “luxury,” cutting back.
But that’s strange when you think about it.
Why did humanity pursue progress for thousands of years, only to say, “Let’s go live like it’s 1000 B.C.”?
We Don’t Need to Go Backwards
There’s an article I wrote about plastic, people keep saying ban plastic, ban plastic. But the plastic isn’t the problem. People are.
That’s a key part of our concept: We’re not taking anything away from daily life. We’re not asking people to give up their washing machines or basic comforts.
We’re showing a model where you keep living normally, but do it in a way that’s regenerative and in full harmony with nature.
Nature helps you live well. And in return, you help nature regenerate. That’s the relationship we’re building.
That’s why we used the term eco-luxury.
Not “luxury” in the traditional, elite sense, but the luxury we already have and take for granted. Being able to cook, clean, live warm, and live well. That should be compatible with sustainability. And we prove it is.
The Micro-Resort Model
We chose the micro-resort model for a reason: it’s a prototype.
We want to show that even a high-capacity environment, a dense, functioning small resort, can be fully clean, self-supporting, and nature-positive.
In fact, the more people, the better for the ecosystem, because we’ve designed systems that give back more than they take. We’re producing what the land needs. We’re creating cycles of regeneration.
There are private projects out there, yes, but they’re made by and for the ultra-rich. We’re not building an oasis for ourselves. We’re building a prototype for anyone.
Progress Must Continue, But Differently
We don’t believe in rejecting progress. That’s easy to do. Just say no, and walk away.
But what about adapting instead? Looking at things differently. Making smart choices. Creating new ways of living without abandoning what works.
That’s what we’re doing.
The Challenge of Communication
We launched our website. We knew it wasn’t perfect.
We realized: we’re not great talkers. We’re doers.
Every part of this concept, the systems, technologies, cycles, they come from real work: things we invented, adapted, or revived from the past.
Some of it is 200–300 years old, just forgotten. But how do you explain that in a single sentence?
We’re not selling slide decks. We’re not raising funding with smooth brochures. We’re building a real, working prototype.
When people touch it, walk through it, they’ll get it instantly. Until then, we still need help to explain what we’re doing.
If someone out there can translate our work into clear, simple, powerful language, we welcome that. We know the vision. We know the tech. We know how to build it. But we also know our website copy is rough, and that it might not explain enough for new visitors.

The message is simple:
We don’t need to reject progress. We don’t need to lose comfort. We just need to adapt and create systems that let humans and nature thrive together.
That’s what we’re building.
