Capital Deployment Roadmap
Phase 1: Operational Framework & Legal Structure
- Corporate Entity & Legal Registration: Establishing formal corporate entity structure in Belgium to acquire land, hold physical assets, and execute factory-direct material contracts.
- Open-Source System Infrastructure: Developing secure, self-hosted data systems to release verified calculations, building physics reports, and structural blueprints.
- Specialized Tooling & Hardware: Acquiring raw material processing tools, testing equipment, and initial solar/battery test nodes.
Phase 2: Land Acquisition & Permanent Prototype
- Land Securing & Permitting: Acquiring the physical footprint for the permanent micro-resort benchmark.
- Utility Backbones: Installation of high-volume water capture, biological 3-stage filtration, thermal mass banks, and off-grid power storage.
- Permanent Residential Nodes: Constructing 4 full-scale masonry/high-mass homes (80m² each) and a 120m² central training hub.
Phase 3: Regional Scaling & Open Blueprint Deployment
- Data Release & Technical Blueprints: Publishing tested contractor execution guides, material pricing calculators, and climate-specific thermal envelope specs.
- On-Site Technical Workshops: Hosting hands-on training for engineers, builders, and property owners to inspect working systems.
- Parallel Node Expansion: Replicating tested closed-loop infrastructure across additional climate zones.
